Refund Policy

Digital Product Notice

All purchases on NextAIToolsHunt are for digital services — specifically, the listing, review, and promotion of your AI tool or SaaS product on our platform. Because these are intangible digital deliverables, our refund eligibility is based on whether the service has already been delivered, not on a fixed time window.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may request a full refund if your listing has not yet gone live at the time of your request. This covers situations such as:

• You submitted a paid plan but changed your mind before approval.
• Your listing was rejected and never published.
• A featured placement was purchased but not delivered as described.
• A technical error resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge.

When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are not available once the digital service has been delivered:

• Your listing has been approved and is live on the platform.
• A featured placement period has started.
• A newsletter mention or social media post has already been published.
• A dedicated blog post has been written and published for your tool.

This policy exists because these are one-time digital deliverables that cannot be “returned” once provided — similar to software licenses or digital content purchases.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@nextaitoolshunt.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
